The location of this charming hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of Xlendi Bay right from the room. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our family, making us feel welcome. Breakfast was delightful with tasty options, and the beach was just a short walk away.

My kids wished for a bit more play space available in the hotel area, especially for families with young kids.

The view from the balcony was stunning, allowing for a lovely backdrop during meals. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety, including creative salads that stood out. While the bed was comfortable, the lack of a fridge made it less convenient for longer stays.

staying at san andrea was fantastic! the hotel is pet friendly, which meant the world to us since we brought our two small dogs. the location is perfect, close to the breathtaking bay. the staff were outstanding, especially the receptionist who always greeted us with a smile. our room was clean and had great amenities like free tea and coffee. the restaurant offered delicious meals that were beautifully presented.

Street noise was noticeable, especially at night.

A few gremlins lurking in the system, no fridge in the room made it a hassle to keep drinks cool, especially under the blazing sun. The air conditioning was set to Arctic conditions—wish I could adjust it. Also, the elevator felt like a rollercoaster at times, jolting and often refusing to open its doors on arrival. Plus, the promised ‘clean towels’ weren’t quite pristine. they had a bit of old towel flair. I missed having basic amenities like clean bottled water available in the room, and the noise from the street at odd hours could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

my previous stay in xlendi was nice, but this time felt even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect. having the bay right outside our window was breathtaking. the staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast on the terrace with stunning views of the sea.
